“…we close with a new name (at least for us), the young pianist (as well as a singer here and there) from the Marche region Elena Lodovici, who in INTROSPECTIONS (Notami) leads a quartet in which a vibraphone is added to the canonical bass and drums. The result is a fresh, vital album, beautiful dynamics and a beautiful authorial hand, a pleasant but not futile listening record….”
